I can advise you on how to make it "stand out more", and show off the special features of your home, bottom line is, If it is priced right and shows well, it should sell. 
Then you can move on to your new home, which is where you really want to be.
I let every agent within are Royal Gorge MLS know of your property, so if they have buyers looking for a property like yours they know about it.
Your property gets exposure to 27 different websites, including my own site and Keller Williams KWLS.
I make and use fliers that attach to my yard signs, this gives potential buyers information at the time they are driving by your home, this keeps it fresh in their minds and in their hands. They can then call about it later on,  either with me or the agent they are working with, either way your home is remembered.
